  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.

b) Proof of Purchase

  • You must provide a valid order number, receipt, or invoice to process your request.
  • If you received the product as a gift, the original purchaser must initiate the return.

c) Condition of the Product

  • We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or altered products unless the item was defective upon arrival.
  • If the product arrived damaged or expired, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos as proof.

3. Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened makeup & skincare products (e.g., creams, serums, lipsticks, mascaras)
  • Personal care tools (e.g., brushes, sponges, tweezers)
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products
  • Products purchased during a final sale or promotional event (unless defective)

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  • The product name(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-3 business days. If approved, we’ll provide:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  • Instructions on where and how to return the product

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method—Olive Eden is not responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible (subject to stock availability).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund (including return shipping costs if necessary).


6. Store Credit Option

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. This is a great option if you’d like to try a different product from our collection. Store credits:

  • Never expire
  • Can be used on future purchases
  • Will be emailed to you as a unique discount code

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

8. Final Sale & Clearance Items
