  • During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, major sales), processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or regional equivalents) to deliver your orders. Shipping methods vary based on:

  • Your location.
  • Product availability.
  • Delivery speed preferences at checkout.

Note: Carrier delays due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we’ll help track your package.

3. Shipping Timelines

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.k.): 3–7 business days.
  • International: 7–14 business days (varies by country).

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Order Tracking

  • Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package.

5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

If a package is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), we’ll contact you to reship (additional fees may apply for address corrections).

For lost or missing packages:

  1. Report it to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  2. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and reship or refund your order.

6. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties (these are not included at checkout).
  • Delays at customs are common; we recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot modify it after an order is placed.
  • Incorrect addresses may result in lost packages or additional reshipping fees.

8. Holiday & Sale Periods

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing and shipping times may extend by 3–5 business days. We’ll notify you via email if delays arise.
